Service Description

A healing massage based on Shiatsu and Ayurvedic methods. Both approaches focus on supporting relaxation, recovery and a sense of balance in body and mind. Stress, tension and daily strain can become lodged in the body and lead to complaints such as fatigue, restlessness or (muscle) tension. During the massage, pressure techniques are combined with soft, flowing movements and oil. This combination helps the body relax, reduces built-up tension and promotes a sense of calm and well-being.
